About

HSK Grammar Wiki is a personal Mandarin study project that grew into a public reference. I started it while working through HSK 1–3 content and found that most grammar explanations were either too brief, buried in textbooks, or scattered across blog posts.

Each grammar page here follows the same structure: a plain-English overview, the sentence pattern, annotated examples, common pitfalls, minimal pairs with similar structures, and fill-in-the-blank drills with answer keys. The goal is a single place you can go to understand a grammar point clearly and practice it immediately.

How it works

Pages are drafted in a local knowledge base (a Markdown wiki), reviewed for accuracy against the HSK textbooks and supplementary references, and then published here. New grammar points are added roughly once a week as I work through the curriculum.

Content currently covers HSK levels 1–3.

Disclaimer

This is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official HSK examination programme or Hanban. Examples and explanations are my own interpretations of grammar rules for study purposes.
